A patient/acquaintance, 35, right-handed - diagnoses: ADHD, fatty liver despite slim build, and regular hemorrhoid bleeding since age 18 - first consultation meetings in 2021, then again in 2025 and 2026
She has had the reputation of a "fighting lesbian" among her friends for 20 years now. At school she showed behavioral problems and often got into fights with classmates. In relationships with men there were massive problems; she labeled all of them as "toxic" and described men in general collectively as narcissists, even though it was also known that she beat up the men (sometimes until they bled). The world of men certainly didn't have it easy with her, and she certainly didn't have it easy with men either. She comes across as very hyped-up, infantile, childish (arrested maturity), but very clever, and our conversation was very pleasant and funny - a very interesting, if somewhat exhausting, person. 5 years ago now (in the course of the LGBTQ madness) she met a "crazy woman" who made her laugh a lot. After a few wild experiences, she then actually also came out as homosexual, and moved in sometimes obscure circles there, which she initially found very adventurous. A diagnosis in psychiatry during her youth read: ADHD with dissociative features. The medication showed small effects but too many unpleasant, undesired side effects (tooth decay, insomnia). The origin and trigger of her bioaggressive constellation are childhood experiences with her father, who mistreated, humiliated, beat, and insulted her mother. Her menarche did not occur until she was 17. When she was 18 she moved out of her parents' home to escape the domestic terror.

A delayed onset of menarche is here an indication of
1. A loss conflict affecting the ovaries. These belong to the new mesoderm (cerebral white matter). In the conflict-active phase, the body breaks down tissue there (necrosis), especially in the hormone-producing part. As a result, the estrogen level drops. This very drop in estrogen can lead to:
• menarche being delayed
• cycles being irregular
• bleeding not occurring at all (amenorrhea)
Conflict quality here - a loss conflict in the sense of:
• an acute, shock-like loss or threatened loss of a loved person (fitting the worry about her mother)
2. A sexual conflict in the cervix/territorial area. The cervix is ectodermal and is controlled in the left temporal lobe (female territorial area) of the cerebrum/cortex. This relay regulates the entire menstrual cycle and ovulation. In the conflict-active phase of a sexual conflict on this relay:
• the body breaks down squamous epithelium in the area of the cervix (ulcers)
• at the same time, the hit in the left temporal lobe causes the estrogen level to drop - with longer-lasting activity of this sexual conflict, this can cause menarche to set in delayed. Typical conflict colorings here would be: assault, abuse, "confronted with sexuality too early", great shame or shock around sexuality, fear of pregnancy, fear of defloration, etc.
For a right-handed girl with normal hormonal status, the following applies:
• first female conflict (e.g. sexual conflict) → hit in the left temporal lobe (cervix relay)
• if this conflict remains active for a long time before puberty, menarche is delayed precisely because of this

Although she had already been living in a shared apartment since she was 18, she nevertheless kept rushing to her mother's aid whenever her narcissistically disturbed father went after her again. She often had to stay overnight at her mother's for a few more days to protect her from further attacks. This is how an aggressive constellation formed (bioaggressive constellation) - a "permanent combat operation", which explains the violent relationship patterns and her hatred of men.
Two active territorial conflicts in both temporal lobes (cortical territorial areas) - usually a combination of:
• identity conflict on the left ("not knowing where one belongs", here: shared apartment or parental home) - relay: rectal surface mucosa, hence recurring swelling and bleeding of the hemorrhoids
• territorial-anger conflict on the right ("anger within the territory / at the partner / men / the system - in this case the father") - relay: stomach lesser curvature / bile and pancreatic ducts
Psychologically this shows up as:
• combative, confrontational, quick-tempered, often with a need to humiliate or devalue others
• black-and-white thinking ("perpetrator vs. victim", "men against women", "homo vs. hetero"), strong moral outrage (e.g. through hysterical LGBTQ ideology)
• a compulsion to keep landing on the same battlegrounds (gender, power, justice) again and again. This can very well be perceived as "pathological feminism" ("fighting lesbian") when the enemy image "man" or "patriarchy" becomes the projection screen for this territorial anger. Her first homosexual relationships from the LGBTQ community unfortunately also failed. The first, with an older woman (42, right-handed), didn't work out; there were the same quarrels despite now having a female partner, albeit less aggressive and also free of violence, but still very "stuck". The same happened with the second partner (39, right-handed), which lasted only a few weeks and didn't work in bed either.
