From the perspective of the 5BL, we are facing a conflict of overexigency; She has experienced various conflicts of overexigency on the part of her mother, a very authoritarian and demanding woman.

María is an autonomous and independent woman, she lives in her own house, has her own financial resources and begins to introduce changes in her relationship with her mother, although the mother has told her that if she does not meet her demands she will disinherit her:
- The mother usually calls her on the phone and takes the opportunity to demand conditions; she decides not to answer the mother's phone calls.
- There is a financial issue pending to be closed with the mother, she is informed, advised, and communicates to the mother by postal mail, on April 20, 2026, the exact amount and the deadlines that will be met to definitively close the financial issue; The mother does not agree, as expected, she calls her on the phone several times, she does not answer her.

María is happy, calm and at peace, she has freed herself from the obligation to satisfy her mother's demands. Now she no longer relates to her mother, the overdemanding has ended.

The different episodes of intense chest pain focused on the heart that she experienced in the years 2024, 2025 and 2026 would correspond to the healing crisis of the various biological conflicts of overexigency that were reactivated every time her mother authoritatively imposed conditions on her.

Also on some occasions, she suffered from intense pain in her back, in the area of ​​the right rhomboid muscle, probably due to coupling of the diaphragm with the heart muscle. During embryonic development, the heart rotates, for this reason the laterality changes, and the right heart muscle is affected, the pain in the right rhomboid is indicating this to us.

March 7, 2026 begins with strophantine, sublingual drops:
1-1-1 for 1 week
2-2-2 for 1 week, cardiac chest pain is relieved
3-3-3 maintains this dose for a while

Cardiac chest pain disappears; at the end of April she continued with this dose of strophanthin, the pain in the right rhomboid muscle was less intense although it still prevailed on some occasions.
