Description
I had been putting off an appointment with my son for years, wanting to avoid it if possible, but I was unsure the whole time whether we should go ahead with it after all. That uncertainty weighed heavily on my stomach, you might say, an “indigestible lump” conflict affecting the lower, endodermal small intestine (ileum). I couldn't really get rid of the heavy lump and extract the rest of the benefit.
A few weeks ago, it suddenly turned out that the appointment was going ahead.
I had a normal defecation in the morning, and two hours later, the appointment took place, which went quite well and proved that my decisions in this regard, including waiting, had been the right ones.
I was very relieved that the postponement was over and everything went well, which resolved the conflict.
Soon after arriving home, I urgently needed to use the restroom again and had diarrhea.
In addition, my abdomen was sensitive to pressure and slightly swollen in the center below my navel.
During the PCLA phase, the intestinal section was underactive and inflamed, which affected digestion, resulting in diarrhea (light-colored, airy stools).
The symptoms lasted for just under a week, probably because they were not very intense but felt more like a subtle discomfort. And the issue had only been acute for short periods over the years.
Note: Have you also had exciting experiences with the 5BL? If so, it would be great if you could send us an anonymized report so that we can publish it in the archive and everyone can benefit from your experiences. Thank you very much!
