Severe fatigue, nausea, headache
with exactly predicted duration and epi-crisis…
Background and conflictive event
The splitting of society and families in the course of the Corona crisis naturally resulted in massive special programs for many many people. The example presented below is one of the bad cases where a split went through the family due to the different views.
The woman concerned was at various demonstrations for freedom and basic rights – against what she saw as massively harmful measures. Through the framing of the media, these demonstrations were always equated with right-wing, Nazis, … although this was absolute nonsense (as anyone could easily see if they had watched one of the many live streams from the event). Nevertheless, most of the population believed this, including her own siblings including partners, who then reproached her the worst.
All attempts to smooth the waters and to explain that she, as a long-time Green voter, donor to various charitable organizations and basically good-natured person, would never demonstrate with violent organizations etc. (and that these were misrepresentations) failed, so that it came to a break with the siblings, although they had previously spoken on the phone quasi-weekly for decades and had a very harmonious relationship.
This situation was almost unbearable for her for three quarters of a year and represented a massive territorial anger (around all this “shit” around the Corona measures) and/or identity conflict (that she is suddenly no longer accepted as a human being/sister just because she does not agree with the official dogma) within her sibling circle, because there she was absolutely isolated with her point of view. The affected tissue was the ectodermal minor curvature of the stomach, which belongs to the Inner Skin Schema (slight hypersensitivity in Conflict Active Phase). However, she did not notice any symptoms during the Conflict Active Phase, but also paid little attention to it during that bad time.
She had another sister who was not involved in the dispute and with whom she also spoke on the phone from time to time. She did not confront her about this issue the whole time. In April 2021, however, it did slip out to her how terribly she had been feeling for that long time because of the anger and the break with the other siblings. This conversation was very relieving and it was followed by understanding and acceptance from this side. Even though she could not help her with the problem, she sent her a handmade gift and thus gave her tremendous joy: not so much because of the gift itself, but rather through this wonderful gesture in her distress. Shortly thereafter, they had another lovely phone conversation – which was now finally a conflict resolution for her, because at least she was now no longer isolated in this “sibling territory.”
The next morning she woke up with extreme exhaustion, fever, headache, slight cold and nausea. She now spent 2 weeks completely in bed, almost too exhausted to go to the bathroom, permanent severe nausea accompanied her, so she had to switch to little liquid food and lost a lot of weight.
The minor curvature of the stomach is swollen and inflamed in the conflict-relieved phase – and although sensitivity here is reduced, the inflammation causes the nausea, which is permanently present but particularly dependent on position and degree of filling.
Prediction of symptoms and course
Shortly thereafter, we spoke on the phone and analyzed her case in more detail, as she was becoming increasingly concerned about emaciation with no end to her symptoms in sight. She had never been in bed so long due to illness in her life before!
It took an hour to find the event of conflict resolution (the phone call with her younger sister) and to reconstruct the course of the SBS – because, as is so often the case, you have to ask from completely different directions and approach the problem until it suddenly “clicks” and the connection is clear.
In this case, the result of the analysis was very satisfying, because now we knew:
- The underlying conflict mass was very large (more than half a year very intense).
- According to this, the PCLA phase (i.e. the time until the epi-crisis) is probably exactly 3 weeks
- This allowed me to make the prediction that I very strongly suspect that the coming weekend (probably Friday) she will suddenly feel massively nauseous (more so than ever before during the symptoms so far) and probably throw up. When that time would come, she could rejoice, because the analysis would then be largely correct with absolute certainty. The prediction is possible because in such long conflicts after exactly 3 weeks comes the epi-crisis, in which this gastric mucosa suddenly switches to hypersensitivity and therefore the nausea is massively increased and painful, sudden vomiting is quite typical here.
- Subsequently, her symptoms would get much better because she is then in the PCLB phase and the inflammation/swelling here will decrease significantly.
- Nevertheless, it may still take many weeks for the symptoms to completely subside.
The prediction worked out almost completely
On Friday the epi crisis came (exactly 3 weeks after conflict resolution, which I’ve seen many times now with such large intense conflicts), she suddenly felt massively nauseous shortly after eating. She hung over the toilet and always had a bucket with her for the next few hours – however, she still didn’t throw up. I suspect this is because the upper area of the mucosa (possibly also the cardia area) was affected, where there is less contact with stomach acid and food in an upright position.
Additionally, due to the subsequent drop into renewed vagotonia, she was very tired and slept for 3 hours. From then on, the symptoms were suddenly much better and she was able to eat normally from then on. The slight remaining latent nausea decreased step by step from then on.
