Description
I like driving and drive a lot, but it has always been important to me to feel comfortable in my car.
For a good four years now, that had no longer been the case with my car. The problems with it increased, and the feeling grew that I simply had to get rid of it. But since my company's business had been going downhill ever since the start of the Covid period, it simply didn't feel right, among other things, to have to lay off an employee because of the poor order situation while at the same time selling my car and buying a new one.
I experienced this situation as "not being able to get rid of some crap", affecting the large intestine.
Since the economic situation did not recover, but instead everything became increasingly heavy and burdensome in the following years, I had to keep driving the car like this for years, even though I actually just wanted to get rid of it.
Conflict resolution
At the beginning of 2026, an opportunity suddenly opened up after all to get a new car that I would feel comfortable in. I was very relieved and set everything in motion regarding selling the old one and buying the new one. After this procedure was completed and I had my first real drive with the new car behind me, the SBS went into resolution: I had finally managed to get rid of the useless, burdensome chunk (the old car) after all - even though it had taken many years.
Post-conflictolytic phase
Shortly afterwards the symptoms began: during bowel movements I noticed large amounts of blood in the toilet bowl. Since I have internalized the 5BN for many, many years now and have validated it against symptoms countless times, I remained calm despite the otherwise rather frightening symptoms, and set out to look for the cause - and soon also had the idea involving the car.
When the amount of blood continued over the following days and lasted 15 minutes with every bowel movement, I talked it over with a friend, which confirmed the lead.
The blood was quite bright, but still not completely fresh, i.e. the bleeding was not right at the exit/rectum, but must still have been relatively far toward the exit in the intestine (the further forward/up in the intestine, the darker it is and the more it is integrated into the stool).
So we guessed it was the descending colon or the sigmoid colon, which would fit very well with the feeling I had had over the last few years regarding getting rid of the useless chunk.
So now the cell-plus (the tumor), which had previously been built up during the conflict-active phase, was being broken down again, which correspondingly comes with bleeding.
I also had to go to the toilet several times a day, which presumably led to the wound reopening each time due to the contraction of the intestinal area. To reduce the amount of blood lost, after almost a week of persistent symptoms we figured it might make sense to reduce food intake somewhat for a few days, so that the wound could close more easily.
I did this, and indeed I now only had to go to the toilet at most once a day. The bleeding has indeed now calmed down and finally stopped after the 10th day.
In our assessment, there was never a subjective or objective emergency:
As long as no symptoms of blood deficiency such as dizziness, paleness etc. occur, the amount of blood lost should be tolerable.
And subjectively, thanks to my knowledge of the 5BN and the clear identification of the cause, I was largely relaxed. Although of course not knowing how long the bleeding would last was still not very pleasant.
For this reason I was glad not to have needed medical support, because who knows what they would have found, diagnosed, and subsequently - based on their medical worldview - put me through in terms of pressure and stress given such symptoms.
Note: Have you also had exciting experiences with the 5BL? If so, it would be great if you could send us an anonymized report so that we can publish it in the archive and everyone can benefit from your experiences. Thank you very much!
